Wooden Bat Shelf With hidden Compartment

This is a very old, wooden shelf that also has a hidden compartment that I upcycled. It needed a lot of fixing! Other than a new paint job, I added some decoupage bats on the outside, sealed with mode podge, as well as an Apoxie Sculpt bat in the center. The inside of the shelf is also lined with paper, also sealed with mode podge. I also added tiny horns to the lid, so you can access the compartment. The piece is 14 inches tall, 11 inches at its widest, the box shelf is 11 inches by 6 inches and the compartment is 2 inches deep.
